SHIPMENTS
The shipments of Lo scarecrow products take place with national and international couriers directly at home, in the office, you choose where it is most convenient for you to receive your order.
We ship all over the world.
Any costs related to customs duties and related taxes are charged to the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products.
In the event that free shipping codes are used, the costs associated with customs duties and related taxes are charged to the customer.
SHIPPING TIMES
Thedelivery dapart from the courier takes place:
- -For Italy in 3-5 working days
- - For European Union 4-7 working days
- -For non-EU countries it depends on the customs of the individual countries
- As soon as the order is processed, we will send thetraking number.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 ofLegislative Decree 206/2005(Consumer Code). This legislation provides in favor of the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.
The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer. The re-credit will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the product, after checking it. The refunded amount is equal to the value of the purchased goods only, excluding shipping costs, which are to be paid by the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
